We start with a 26-min EMOM flow that utilizes medium/heavy dumbbells + a bench to work your muscles to fatigue. We finish with an upper body, tri-set, descending ladder (21, 15, 9) BURNOUT. With warm up, this is a 36 minute BUILT not BROKEN flow!
