WHAT IS GRIT?
GRIT is a 4 week wellness program that kicks off a new season of training at Sweat Den. This program offers a fresh start, and is supported by a strength training program that is focused on improving our body composition, muscular strength and endurance, and overall fitness baseline. In short, it’s an approachable BUT challenging program that is the foundation of the Sweat Den Method. By focusing on our 4 pillars of health, GRIT is designed to support your growth in establishing healthy habits that create real change.
STRENGTH TRAINING / RECOVERY / NUTRITION / MINDFULNESS
Our Four Pillars of Health Explained:
Strength Training- A 4 week strength training program focused on improving your overall fitness baseline, and establishing a new strength training foundation. The benefits of this kind of training program include improved body composition, increased muscular strength and endurance, and a stronger cardiovascular baseline.
Recovery- Restorative yoga and mobility flows to maximize recovery performance.
Nutrition- A Protein-focused nutrition guide supported by a whole foods diet including 50+ follow along recipes, and a weekly grocery list.
Mindfulness- Weekly Breathwork classes designed to balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and align the body + mind.
