If you are feeling some type of way after Tempo, you aren’t alone (just wait and see the response from the 6 am’ers when I ask them if they’re sore…lol). That’s why Sweat is designed to be the perfect “shake out” workout with a focus on zone 2 & 3 training (ie: improving your aerobic endurance) with an extra emphasis on upper body & conditioning. You’ll want a couple of different options for dumbbells (light and medium) and a towel because although this is a ” shake out workout” it’s definitely gonna make you sweat.
