This is your chance to really just show up and dominate this workout. You have done the work that has been necessary to get you to where you’re at. You know the movements, you know the  modifications, all you need is a little confidence to execute. You’ll notice even a slight decrease in volume in the first block and a slight increase in intensity in the conditioning block. You can do this because it’s exactly what we’ve been training for. Go get it.
