This is the workout that you didn’t know you needed… Perform is the perfect opportunity to realign yourself with your goals and remind yourself why you started out on this journey to get stronger. Perform is a shorter workout that is centered around getting stronger and building muscle so you’ll notice an overall decrease in conditioning (sorry fam, no SOBs or High Knees this week, lol) and more of a focus on moving with power + intention. Save some energy for the last block because this is where we are really going to give you permission to SEND IT.
