It’s officially time to mix things up a bit. Say goodbye to active recovery and hello to only 30 seconds of real rest. We are shifting gears from two, 12-16 min, controlled intensity blocks and breaking Sweat up into 3, more bite sized, 9 minute snacks. Since we are decreasing the working time, you will notice a slight shift from zone 2 & 3 to now – zone 3 & 4. You will no longer hear us continuing to say “pace yourselves” and instead, we are going to give you permission to really start to challenge your aerobic endurance. This is an extremely fun and upbeat workout… We hope you enjoy it.
