It’s time to shake things up and slow things down with Sculpt. Just like in Tempo, we are trickling in a little more bilateral work in with our classic, unilateral work. We start with a 9 minute warm up to really prep the body & mind and help you get present. We are only using gliders for TWO exercises so our hope is that Sculpt can be a workout that feels a little less daunting and one that you truly can get stronger and more confident with.
