Ready or not, it’s time for Perform. The last four weeks of Perform have been more focused on getting stronger and building muscle. We are now shifting gears to having there be more of an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning. You’ll notice more ascending movement schemes (20-30-40 seconds of work) and more of a full body approach (taking some volume out of the lower body… you’re welcome). This workout will ultimately come down to you and the effort / energy that you bring with you to your mat. Let’s make it the best workout of the week.
