Studio Policies

CREDIT PACKAGES AND MONTHLY IN PERSON MEMBERSHIPS

Contracts are billed on a monthly (30 day) recurring basis. All studio memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. To cancel your membership or skip a month, you must email [email protected] at least 7 days before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase. Standard credit packages expire 1 year from purchase date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the class start time in order to return the credit to your account with no penalty. Late cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be assessed a $10 charge to your card. The credit will be returned to your account.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years or older to workout at Sweat Den. Both in-studio or our online service.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to the class and don’t cancel, your credit will be considered used and deducted from your account. All-access members with unlimited credits will automatically be charged a $20 no-show penalty to your card on file.

WAITLIST POLICY 

If a class sells out, you can get on the waitlist. As clients cancel, clients from the waitlist will be automatically added to class up until 90 minutes prior to the start of class. The waitlist (s) do move, and if you are on the waitlist, you should anticipate getting into class. If a client can no longer attend the class waitlisted for, it is their responsibility to remove themselves from the waitlist. Failure to do so, will result in a loss of credit and/or applicable fee. 

NO CELL PHONES

No electronics will be allowed in the studio room. If you choose to wear a smart watch, please make sure the display is turned off as to not disturb other clients.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Any client with a current membership is offered one freeze every 12 months at no charge for a period up to 4 weeks. Medical freezes will be allowed with doctor documentation that outlines recovery time. During a freeze period, future reservations cannot be booked. RETURN, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on purchases for our services or products beyond our statutory rights. This includes class credits, memberships, subscriptions, workshops, events, and merchandise. As applicable, classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. Unused apparel will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  After 7 days, a store credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns will be provided without a receipt. All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

DISCOUNTS

A 10% discount on auto pay memberships is available for students, teachers, and healthcare workers. To redeem, contact your local studio at [email protected] with your student, teacher, or healthcare employee ID and our staff will issue the discount for you directly.

LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED

For the safety of you and others in the room, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances with no exceptions. Please be on your mat at the time class starts. You will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes before class, and must leave 15 minutes after it ends.

CASHLESS

We only accept credit & debit cards. We ask that all clients update their online account with a valid credit card.
