BLD 25′ is here and so is the intention to build lean muscle and strength through the posterior chain and deep core. This workout is focused on adding volume throughout the posterior chain, and utilizes four blocks of work to focus on building the hamstrings and glutes, mid / upper back, and deep core. Grab a set of light and medium dumbbells and set your intentions to start this new 12 week program off strong!
