The first workout of SCULPT in BLD 25′ is a challenging lower body and core focused flow that puts an emphasis on TUT and muscular endurance through unilateral focused (single sided) blocks of work. Grab a light band, ankle weights, gliders, and a light dumbbell and get ready to feel the burn!
