This classic PERFORM style flow is a full body strength & conditioning focused workout that is meant to be our jumping off point in building our anaerobic baseline. This workout is broken up into three separate blocks, the first to being full body and conditioning focused, and the 3rd being a core and upper body finisher. Day one of PERFORM is all about establishing a baseline. Don’t let the workout discourage you. Keep showing up and watch yourself become stronger day by day!
