In week two of Sweat we are looking to progress both our upper body strength & muscle building along with applying a greater output during the conditioning exercises. The workout is a 30 minute strength circuit broken up into two separate parts (15 min each). Find a challenging but manageable pace that you can maintain for 30 minutes of consistent work and get after it!
