Week 3 of Perform starts to incorporate more and more lower body as we make our way back to our classic strength & conditioning inspired flows. Although we want to challenge ourselves with the weight this week, make sure you can still move with intention and intensity. If the weight is too heavy, you feel limited in your ability to apply output. Remember, the journey to getting stronger both mentally and physically is a marathon, not a sprint.
