We are sticking with the theme of the week which is consistency. In fact, there can be no great successes in life without consistency. To stay consistent, we have to choose to overcome adversity. So, when things get hard this week or when you hit a rough patch, make the choice to stay consistent to the process and stay aligned with your goals. Sweat this week is intended to be smooth and approachable. It is not about grabbing your heaviest dumbbells or going as hard as possible. The goal is to focus on staying in that zone 2 – 3 range, focusing on quality of the movement and just continuing to build your aerobic endurance.
