We have spent the last two weeks building up to this point so we now have two options: we can choose to level off or we can choose to level UP! In this weeks sculpt workout you will notice a slight increase in volume, intensity and complexity by incorporating a resistance band as well as a 5lb dumbbell to our core work and table top positions. So, take a deep breath, pull yourself into the moment and let’s choose to level up.
