Welcome to STRONG (STG/). STG/ is a 12-week program designed for women who want to build lean muscle, lose fat, and increase strength / endurance / flexibility, all while becoming a STRONGER, more EMPOWERED, more CONFIDENT version of yourself.

STG/ is a full body training program that is broken up into 3 different, 4 week phases: STG/ I, II & III. We will progress thru each phase, increasing our work volume, intensity, movement complexity, anaerobic and aerobic work capacity, and so much more.

So, grab a pair of dumbbells, start WHEREVER you are at, and let’s get sweaty.
