Congrats babe, you have officially made it to core progression #4. Unlike the first 3 progressions, this series is going to be done from a table top position. The only equipment you need is a yoga mat or something with enough cushion to protect your knees.

The hope is that by the time you progress to this series, you are feeling more connection + engagement with your core and that you are feeling so much stronger and more confident, overall.
