We started the week with a bang so why not finish it with one, shall we? For all my cardio lovin’ babes, this ones for you. This is a lower impact, high energy, high intensity, tabata style workout. This workout consists of 5 superset circuits where we will be in each exercise for 20 seconds of sweaty hard work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
