If you liked last weeks Lower Body Sculpt workout, you will LOVE the flow we have in store for you today. Last week we really focused on the abductor muscles + obliques so this week is all about the posterior chain and center core. This workout consists of 10 exercises total, 3 core exercises and 7 booty burner exercises. We will do the entire series on one side, take a quick break and repeat the entire series on the other.
