Say it with me, LAST WEEK… BEST WEEK! We have officially made it to our final, Total Body Sculpt workout which means we will take everything we learned in weeks 1 & 2 and combine them for week 3. This will be by far the most complex Total Body Sculpt so keep in mind, you can always simplify the movements by resorting back to exercises we did in the first 2 weeks. Let’s level up and make this our best week yet.
