We are back with another killer, upper body focused workout. Same as last week, we start with an upbeat warm up to elevate the heart rate and activate the upper body. We then move into our biggest block which consists of 10 upper body focused, pilates / barre inspired exercises which we will work thru 3 rounds. We finish with an amazing, core focused flow which will wrap the entire workout up with a bow.
