Congrats my friend, you have made it onto your mat… Now it’s time to settle in, get present and get ready to sweat. Week one of sweat should be very approachable. We begin with a dynamic warm-up to really get the body moving, move into a 4 x 4 (4 exercises x 4 sets), followed by a 4 x 3 and then we have a spicy little sweat den finisher. Just like in tempo, our focus is to get stronger and build muscle so we are replacing our “active recovery” with a more strength focused exercise. Have an amazing workout.
