Welcome back to Sculpt… We are back to focusing more on unilateral work (we’re talking 11-12 minutes of work on the R side and then we repeat it on the other side). Additionally, you’ll notice a heavy emphasis on strengthening the posterior chain as well as obliques. Give yourself permission to slow down and find balance today. Remember, you have 4 weeks to learn & get stronger in this flow. You don’t have to have it all figured out today.
