STRENGTH / Let’s WORK with this full body strength flow. There are 4 blocks to this workout: a 4X4 (4 exercises, 4 rounds) full body flow, move into an upper body focused flow, then a core focused flow and finish with a tried and true Sweat Den Finisher. This is a really nice low impact flow that will have your heart rate cranking the entire workout. Use this workout as a baseline to test yourself and see where you are at. We will come back to this workout at the end of our 12 week journey.
