Workout number one of weeks 3 & 4 is all about really leveling up and focusing on what is really important to you. It takes a tremendous amount of grit and discipline to not function at the same place that you were at in weeks 1 & 2. So let’s come alive in this workout, grab some heavy dumbbells and focus on getting stronger. We will continue to progress our SLRDL and Split Squats so now is the time to drop in and really make these last two weeks of STG count.
