Sweat is the workout that you didn’t know you actually NEEDED. We know how sore you most likely are after Tempo which is why we have programmed Sweat to follow Tempo. This is such an important shake out workout where, if you can just bring yourself to show up and push play, you will feel a million times better (after this workout of course). We are slightly increasing the intensity and complexity in weeks 3 and 4 but overall, this should be a somewhat manageable workout. So, take a deep breath, hype yourself up and just push play.
