Something to think about before pushing play… Sometimes we think “holding on” make us strong when it fact, it is actually letting go. What do you need to let go of before you can really show up for yourself here today? Once you can do that, you can now move into this workout with more clarity, confidence, energy and gratitude for the opportunity that lies ahead. Weeks 3 & 4 are such an intentional progression from weeks 1 & 2. The parts of the workout that we struggled with stay the same so that we can continue to get better. We will be adding a slight increase in intensity and complexity so as always, feel free to modify anything you need to make this an amazing workout for YOU.
