This is the format where you can really take a pause to notice just how strong you’ve gotten. We are actually decreasing the volume for weeks 3 & 4 so you can really focus on lifting heavier, getting stronger and building muscle. As always, let your form dictate your weight, but really give yourself permission to challenge yourself if you feel you are ready to take things to the next level.

*Note- Please make sure you are really taking time to properly warm up the backside of the body for deadlifts and snatches. If you need to take a little bit more time, just push pause and then hit play when you’re ready.
