Welcome to STG Phase II. As we transition into this new phase, we begin to focus more on increasing lower body strength and muscle (specifically hip extensors). Bilateral movement patterns with two dumbbells have now entered the chat. You can expect new movement patterns that highlight our intention to build strength in the lower body, posterior chain and core. Grab ALL the dumbbells and we’ll meet you on your mat.
