Brace yourself cause we are comin in HOT with Sweat for weeks 3 & 4. You will notice that Sweat is starting to give off more “perform” vibes in the sense that we are increasing the overall intensity of the movements. We are shifting gears to a more descending ladder approach which means we have 50 seconds in the first exercise, 40 seconds in the second and 30 seconds in the third. This workout is definitely going to require a little bit more effort on your part so start by getting clear on your “why” prior to pushing play and then when you’re ready, let’s get after it.
