Perform kicks off STG Phase III with a balance of strength and muscle building with conditioning. This style of flow is broken up into three intentional blocks. The first block is a very controlled but impactful full body tri set. Blocks 2 and 3 feature conditioning exercises meant to improve the anearobic baseline. Perform is all about leaning into discomfort and pushing yourself to get better. Let’s get after it.
