As we move into the final two weeks of STG you will notice Tempo moving from a more classic fully body approach, to a more posterior chain, lower body and core focus. We continue to slowly add volume into Tempo this week, and look to move with DB’s that are challenging in weight. This workout is broken up into 3 total blocks, a full body, lower body, and core focused finisher. Have fun, work hard, and stay focused on your long term goals!
