TEMPO / We are starting out STRONG (STG/) with this lower body and core, tempo focused flow. Tempo training is all about the rhythm in which you move through an exercise. Your goal with Tempo is to really focus on your time under tension + controlled intensity. In this workout we add some variable resistance (resistance bands) and continue to add on the weight!
