TEMPO / We are starting out STG II week 4 of STRONG (STG/) with this lower body and core, tempo focused flow. In this workout we add some variable resistance (resistance bands) and continue to increase the weight! The workout has 4 parts, a tri-set focused on compound, lower body movements, a single leg drop set, a resistance band lower body burn out, and a core focused finisher.
