This is the final BURN workout of STG/ and just like last week, she is a sneaky little B (B can stand for whatever you’d like). We have 3, superset, descending ladder, circuits, each with a lower body, core + upper body, and plyo inspired movement patterns. The goal of this workout is to sustain a high level of intensity and quality of movement throughout each block.
