There are 4 blocks to this workout: a 4X4 (4 exercises, 4 rounds) full body flow, move into an upper body focused flow, then a core focused flow and finish with a tried and true Sweat Den Finisher. This is a really nice low impact flow that will have your heart rate cranking the entire workout.
