Get ready for the sweatiest, sculpt workout yet. Just like in all the other workouts in this series, there will be an extra emphasis on building muscle AND conditioning… hence the sweat. We start with the same banded warm up from tempo, move into a 4 minute core series, mix in some spicy lower body work and break it up with an upper body + conditioning intermission. So grab a towel and get ready to sweat.
