Now that you know what to expect with sculpt for this phase, you can show up with confidence and focus on getting just a little bit better. In weeks 3 & 4, we are REALLY leveling up by incorporating 5 lb dumbbells which is definitely going to change the intensity of the flow. The beauty of on demand is if you ever feel lost, overwhelmed or discouraged, just push pause, take a deep breath and then start back up when you’re ready. Have an amazing workout.
