It is time to step into PEFORM. We are back to focusing on strength & conditioning with even more of an emphasis on building muscle. As always, the underlying goal is to really focus on quality of movement and striving to get just a little bit better over the next 35 minutes (are you starting to pick up on a theme here… lol). Grab some heavy dumbbells and let’s perform.
