This is a low impact (no jumping) HIGH energy workout unlike any other. This first block is an EMOM style workout where each minute consists of 1 full body movement for 30 seconds + 1 upper body focused movement for 15 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. The second block is all about upper body + obliques that will make you wish you were still in the first block… LOL. But it’s the upper body focused finisher that takes this workout to another level.
