Slowly but surely we are making our way thru the week. In sculpt this week, we really want to focus on the meaning of GRIT. Grit is passion + perseverance for long term goals. Grit is having stamina and endurance and sticking with your goals day in and day out. Angela Duckworth

So now that we’ve reminded you WHAT we’re working towards, let’s talk about what we’re working. This week we are continuing to level up from weeks 1 & 2 by adding more volume and complexity. We start with a dynamic core series, move into a challenging but smooth lower body flow, break it up with an upper body intermission and finish with more core, yay. Have an amazing workout.
