MOUNTAIN HIGH BANGER / Join us in Beaver Creek, CO for an incredible, full body, time crunch banger. IDK if it was the altitude or the flow but this was one of the more challenging workouts that we have done in awhile. We start with a dynamic warmup to really set the tempo for the workout, move through a unilateral flow that will really spike your heart rate, and finish with a cardio + core focused burnout.
